To apply for PMET 2011 Punjab Medical Entrance Test candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atleast 50% marks(40% for SC/BC)and should have passed in English .Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply for PMET 2011 Punjab Medical Entrance Test. Candidate should be a bonafide resident of Punjab with Punjab domicile.
Application form for PMET 2011 Punjab Medical Entrance Test can be obtained from the sale counter of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and also from selected Canara Bank Branches from the month of May 2011. Same can also be obtained by post by sending the Demand Draft along with the request for form to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
