Documents Required to Apply for Junior Clerk Vacancies in Orissa

As per my Previous Posts You may have noticed that There are a large number of vacancies for the Post of Junior Clerks and you can apply for the Junior Clerk easily  for more details about the job, Search this site using the google Search Above.

You need the below documents  to apply for the junior clerk post in Orissa which is applicable for all districts.


  • Matriculation or 10 th certificate and Mark sheet Xerox.
  • Caste certificate if the candidate is SC/ST/SEBC issued by the competent authority.
  • Two Character certificates approved from two Gazetted officers.
  • Valid Employment Registration Card copy.
  • Two recent passport size photographs attested by any Gazetted officer. The candidate should sign at the front of the photographs. From the 2 photo graphs 1 should be pasted in the appropriate place in the application form.
  • Two self addressed envelop of 23 x 10 cm affixing postage stamp worth Rs. 27/- thereon.
  • Original Bank draft/IPO
  • Residential Certificate Copy.
